These trained experts will present on enrollment, parts, coverage, and available resources for extra help. SHINE (Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone) is a free, unbiased health insurance information, counseling, and assistance service through the Mass. Executive Office of Aging & Independence (AGE).
