Teenwork Partners, Inc of Foxborough presents a 5 week certification for workforce preparedness for teens ages 14-19. There are 3 Levels, this 5 week course will focus on Level 1. Teens can progress to Levels 2 and 3, dates will be determined at a later date. Participation earns volunteer credit and an invaluable head start stepping into the workforce! Level 1: Foundations of Workforce Readiness Teens should plan to attend all 5 classes. Level 1 introduces teens to the basics of working life and helps them understand why work habits matter. Teens explore their personal motivations for working, learn how preparation leads to opportunity, and understand how first impressions, workplace policies, and everyday habits shape success on the job. This level focuses on building awareness, confidence, and responsibility so teens feel prepared and informed before starting their first job.
