Over half of young people with unmet mental health needs think no one would care if they got better. You can show them that recovery is possible with our trusted, evidence-based training. Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) training will be offered in person in both English and Spanish. This interactive training equips participants with practical skills to: Recognize common signs of mental health and substance use challenges among youth Respond in a supportive and effective way Connect young people with appropriate care and resources Participants who successfully complete the training will receive official Youth Mental Health First Aid certification. This training may be especially valuable for educators, healthcare professionals, community workers, families, and students preparing for careers in these fields. Space is limited, and registration will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged.
