Chef Look Cooks - Salad Symposium: Thanksgiving Chicken Salad

For the next three months, we’ll be diving into Chef Look’s past life as a salad bar manager and exploring what makes salads fun. This month, we’ll find a new way to use up our leftovers with a hearty, flavor-packed salad. Mixing the sweetness of dried cranberries with a gravy-infused mayonnaise, we’ll make a sweet and savory salad that will go great on top of thick sandwich bread or mixed greens. The salad and bread will be alpha-gal friendly. This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Edgartown Free Public Library.
