Welcome to the Peabody Institute Library of Danvers's Science Fiction and Fantasy book club: Far Horizons! This club will meet every 2 months and will focus on a different title in the Science Fiction, Fantasy, or in some cases a blending of two genres. Our first pick is the samurai inspired Johannes Cabal the Necromancer , a 2009 gothic black comedy novel by Jonathan L. Howard about a cynical scientist who makes a high-stakes wager with the Devil to win back his soul. The Library is happy to make reasonable accommodations as needed. Please inform the Library two weeks in advance of any needs.
