Registration Opens October 14, 2026 @7:30am. Join us as we travel to Nashoba Valley Ski Area this winter on half day Wednesdays January 6 - February 10th. This program is designed for beginner and intermediate skiers. Concord Recreation provide transportation, supervision and additional support while at Nashoba. A recreation supervisor and 4-6 volunteer chaperone's attend each week. Ski instruction is provided by Nashoba Valley through group lessons. Chaperone's are not Ski instructors but are helpful volunteers who take attendance, load and unload the buses, help participants put on ski equipment (as needed) and provide guidance as needed. If you are interested in becoming a ski chaperone for 1 week or all 6 weeks, please reach out to Sam Craig at scraig@concordma.gov . Chaperones who sign up for 3 or more weeks will receive a discount for 1 of their ski participants, which is about a 30% discount - covering the cost of transportation and concord recreation staffing. You have the choice of enrolling your student in a one-hour lesson (6 total lessons) or they can free ski. Nashoba Ski Lessons run from 3:15pm - 4:14pm.
