Concord Recreation is excited to work with the Thoreau Elementary School PTG and Administration to oversee the before and after class recreation programs! These enrichment classes are available to Thoreau students, only. Enrichment programs typically run on a 6 week schedule and offer a range of opportunities for participants to connect, play, and learn. Participants in afterschool enrichment programs will be brought to their program classroom and check in with their instructor. At the end of the class, participants will be brought to the designated pick up location (often the school front entrance). Participants registered in the concord recreation afterschool program will be brought to their afterschool site. Pick-Up Protocol Please make sure you sign-out your student for pick-up at the designated time and location. Report all absences or new pick-up authorizations to the instructor by 12pm on the day of class (by email or text). In respect to the structure and flow of our vendor programs, please pick-up at the scheduled dismissal time.
