Our Girls Who Code club is part of a national non-profit that aims to close the gender gap in technology and to change the image of what a programmer looks like and does. Our participants (ages 10 to 14) meet weekly on from October to May to: learn to code from local women in STEM fields, build relationships with peers and role models in a safe, supportive environment, and work together to design and complete community-oriented projects that matter to them. Please note that all participants are required to have an individual, personal email address (not a school email address) which they are able to access during meetings. Please make arrangements for your child(ren) to be able to log into a personal email address with a username, password, and two-factor authentication, if required. A limited number of laptops are available to participants. We strongly encourage those who are able to bring a personal laptop computer or tablet. To register for our Girls Who Code club, register for a Girls Who Code Account using club code MA72012 and complete our Girls Who Code member intake form .
