Evan Horowitz, Executive Director of the Center for State Policy Analysis at Tufts University, returns to LWVCC to guide us through the questions and what a YES or NO vote would mean. Drawing on cSPA’s nonpartisan research, he will break down the proposals, the arguments on both sides, and their potential impact.
