Warm drinks & seasonal scents? Perfect. In this teen craft event for ages 14-18*, we'll enjoy warm cider and put together stovetop potpourri kits! Using seasonal ingredients that are perfect for winter, we'll create unique blends to package up and take home to simmer in a pot to add a cozy scent to the air. They're also great for gifting! You'll choose from various dried ingredients, including herbs, citrus, rosehips, vanilla pods, cinnamon, apples, and more to create your various blends. If you plan to gift your kits, you'll also be able to add twine, tags, and other accents to finish them off and get them ready to hand off. *There is another session for ages 12-14. while many of these ingredients are generally edible in their raw or whole forms, they aren't packaged for food use and your kits should not be used as spices for cider/mulling; they are however safe to simmer in a pot that is cleaned before preparing food. Also, many of these ingredients are very strong in scent (which makes them perfect for use in a simmer pot), but those with sensitivities to strong scents may want to be mindful of this before…
