Location: Carlisle School Gym, Church Street This fun and engaging six-week program is designed for middle-school girls and boys who want to learn volleyball, develop their skills, and build confidence on the court. The program is appropriate for both beginners and players with prior recreational or school volleyball experience. Led by experienced coaches from Gators Volleyball Club, each session will combine instruction, skill-building activities, and game play. Participants will develop the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, court movement, and team play. Coaches will group athletes by age and experience when appropriate so that every participant is challenged and supported at the right level. Gators Volleyball emphasizes positive coaching, a growth mindset, and learning through active participation.
