If you're a graphic novel reader - and even if you're not! - come try your hand at being a graphic novel creator! Join Jonathan Todd, local cartoonist and author of the award-winning graphic novel Timid, to learn about the elements of a story, panel planning, creating thumbnail sketches, penciling, and inking to design your own graphic novel page. This program is intended for kids ages 7-13. Capacity is limited, so tickets can be picked up on a first come, first served basis at the children's desk starting at 1:30 PM on the day of the program. This event is generously sponsored by the Brookline Library Foundation.
