Seasonal plants featured will include elderberry, astragalus, burdock root, and reishi or chaga mushroom. Participants will learn about decoctions (roots + mushrooms), syrup making, and immune formulas with hands-on preparation. Immune resilience, respiratory support, and energy and adrenal support will be explored.
