Join Phoebe Neilsen , the BPL's new Children's Musician-in-Residence, for a joyful morning of music and movement! Inspired by folk, jazz, and musical theater traditions, Phoebe's energetic sets encourage children to sing, dance, and get involved with music on their own terms.
