This program is designed for students with no previous Taekwondo experience. Students will learn basic techniques and philosophy of the Korean Martial Art of Taekwondo. Taekwondo helps students improve mentally and physically in all aspects: developing strength, flexibility, self-defense, self-confidence, discipline, and focus. Classes are taught by Grandmaster Taeyeob Kim, who has a 7th degree black belt in taekwondo, a bachelor's degree from Korea's top university taekwondo program (Kyung Hee University), and over 25 years of teaching experience. Each participant must have a Tiger An's uniform. All first time participants will be provided with a free uniform on the first class.
