Introduce your toddler to their fascinating world, starting with free play at bat-themed activity stations including a sensory bin, puzzles, and coloring. Gather for a storybook reading and sing some songs, then head out on the trails for a short walk. Discover where bats live in the wild and learn how echolocation helps them navigate and find food in the dark. Finally, make a bat-themed craft to take home as a keepsake of your outdoor adventure. This is a playful, relaxed opportunity to gently introduce your budding nature explorer to the outdoors while connecting with other caregivers in a welcoming environment. Meet in the Nature Center. This program has both indoor and outdoor components. Dress for the expected weather and wear comfortable footwear suitable for short walks.
