Join us for a Vegetable fermentation workshop! Learn hands on techniques, nutritional benefits, and head home with a jar (or two) or seasonal vegetables. All supplies and tools will be provided. For safety, all patrons must be age 18 years or older, and able to use kitchen knives. Patrons under age 18 may not participate. Flora Spivak is the founder of Somerville Fermentation Festival.
