Cookbook Club

Join the Cookbook Club as we cook through a title together each month! This month participants can choose from one of three books by Marcus Samuelsson:

• The Red Rooster Cookbook
• ,
• Marcus Off Duty
• , and
• Black Cooks and the Soul of American Food

. Copies of the books will be available in the display next to the Circulation Desk on the first floor. Please be mindful of other participants and only check out one book at a time. Participants should each cook a recipe of their choosing and bring it ready to eat at time of the meeting. In the event that there are no copies available to check out there will be a copy available at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor to browse and/or photocopy.
