Join us for the debut of the Ayer Library's new Strategic Plan! Over the past several months, we have been engaged in a planning process to guide our work from FY28 through FY32. Research consisted of:one-on-one interviews with 29 community leadersin-person and online surveys with 149 respondents8 stakeholder focus groups and workshops with 73 participantsand additional analysis of library use, demographics, and global, national, and regional trendsAfter careful reflection and visioning, the final product sets out:a new missiona set of organizational values11 challenges we want to addressand 4 priorities collecting 16 goalsIn this presentation Library Director Luke Kirkland guides attendees through the planning process and outlines the direction the Ayer Library has charted for its future.
