Join the Academy of Traditional Karate fun, high-energy introductory karate program designed especially for preschool-aged children. Through age-appropriate games, drills, and Karate activities, children will build important skills including focus, listening, balance, coordination, and body control. Each 30-minute class gives kids a positive way to move, burn energy, and build confidence while learning how to follow directions and participate in a structured group setting.
