We're extending spooky season with a charming needle felted black cat with the Pop Up Art School! In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to transform loose wool fibers into a three-dimensional sculpture using simple shapes and a special barbed felting needle. Start by building the basic form of your cat, then bring your creation to life with bright yellow eyes, a tiny pink nose, and other expressive details. Finish your feline friend with a whimsical purple witch's hat for the perfect Halloween touch. This program is funded in part by a grant from the Abington Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by Mass Cultural Council, a state agency. Registration is required and begins on November 4th. This program is for teens in 6th grade and up, and adults.
